Initial customer service was fantastic, from taking my call to setting up an appointment. We got a call before the technician arrived ad he was exactly on time. Before entering he put on boot covers, which was very much appreciated! He looked at our problem and gave me a couple options. Next thing I knew he was done and everything was cleaned up! I cannot recommended Jameson enough and will call them first when I need electrical work in the future.

Would recommend these guys 100%. Jeff was super knowledgeable and took his time to make sure the job was done right. Very fair and honest company. The job that was quoted to me didn’t need to be done in its entirety so they revised their estimate for me and ended up being half the cost originally quoted. Thanks again!

Our experience with Ryan and Tyler was positive in every way - they were courteous and professional, respectful of the house, and explained every aspect of our situation in layman's terms that we could understand. They presented many options and sent a well- written estimate for each option that we will review. We plan to go forward with the project whatever form it takes, and we look forward to working with Jameson in the near future

I had a back up generator installed, wasn't cheap but a good peace of mind investment. This is one of the few times I can honestly can say I was looking forward to write a review! The crew that came out were on time, respectful of property, answered my questions and complied with some minor requests. There is no doubt I will call them for any future work and recommend them to friends & family, thanks again to the whole team!!

We had a great experience using Jameson for an electrical repair that was emergent as we had no power. They came out very quickly, identified the issue, and repaired it. We were worried that the electrical issue we had was a safety concern, and the electrician (Jessy) took the time to explain the issue and repair and reassure us. Jessy was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything to us, and was also able to give us a quote and recommendations for an additional project we are interested in doing. We will definitely be using Jameson for any electrical needs we have in the future, and would highly recommend them—they are prompt, do high quality work that they stand behind, and have excellent customer service!

I was very pleased with the entire experience. They were able to come out and do the job within 2 days of my calling. Once the electrician, Ryan arrived, everything was done quickly and professionally - couldn't have asked for anything more. I highly recommend them if you need any electrical work done.

My entire experience with Jameson, start to finish, was phenomenal! Within an hour and a half from my first call, the technician had arrived at my home. Jessy was very professional and really took his time to fix my built in generator, give his recommendations and taught me how to use the generator in the event is malfunctions. He also took more time to explain other small questions I had about my furnace and the heat tape I have on my roof. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend Jameson electric to everyone and anyone!!

Today's experience was great. We had an issue with the electricity in the basement suddenly not working so our sump pump would not turn on. I called and was able to get an appointment for the same day. Matt showed up on time, was very courteous and professional, and helped resolve our issue. He also took the time to look at another electrical issue. He answered all of my questions and gave some helpful advice. He went above and beyond. The price was very reasonable. I couldn't have been happier with the service today and will definitely be using them for future jobs.

Am giving my review same day they came to my home & replaced everything pertaining to my run down fuse box. I can comment on their work! Outstanding. Prompt. Friendly & done in half the time we were told it would take!! Their interaction was beyond straight forward, polite, very professional, & reasonable.we would without any doubts be calling them for any services they are capable of providing us with in the future. Dependability is rare from professionals these days but they surprised us. Far as this company is considered….we are beyond pleased with EVERYTHING about their services in my home!! Will always refer Jameson for jobs like such! Very pleased!!’

Technician Matt was courteous and professional, got to the root of my electrical problem and fixed it in no time at all. Rates very reasonable for sure. I will use Jameson again for my future electrical needs. Thanks again Matt, great job! I appreciate all of your efforts and explaining all in detail to me. I even had time to go for a Harley ride (in December) when he was finished...
